Residents put out bagged & tied trash
Resident's valet trash containers are placed outside the front door for trash pickup between 6pm - 8pm.
Trash is picked up from the doorstep
Valet staff pick up your doorstep waste and place in a leak proof satchel or tilt cart for transport to the onsite dumpster or compactor.
Litter prevention
Once the doorstep waste has been transported to and properly disposed of in an onsite dumpster, our valet staff clean the dumping area of loose trash to prevent the spread of litter and maintain a tidy environment for residents to thrive in.
